No. HEETS are specially designed for the IQOS Originals Duo kit. Likewise, you couldn't use EVO sticks with any other heated tobacco device apart from the Ploom X Advanced.
To reset your Ploom X Advanced, close the heating chamber and remove the front panel. Then, press and hold the small button in the middle of your kit with a thin, blunt object until you feel your device vibrate. Once this has been done, pop the front panel back on!
